Small Scale Remote Industrial Power Systems

Sunlight has a range of solar power systems for industrial and commercial use in remote or difficult to power locations. We can supply both the solar and power supply system to give almost any required voltage or current capability.

Power Supply Capabilities:

• Power available:
• Pole mounted systems up to 50watts continuously. Ground mounted systems up to any power
• Systems can be fixed current or fixed voltage supply
• Multiple supply voltages available from one system
• Other systems are available on request.

• Systems come with a full 2 year warranty
• Controllers:
  Most systems are provided with Sunlight's Micro IV controller able to meet any duty cycle requirements.  It can be fitted with a serial port connector placed at street level for easy monitoring of performance using any portable computer running Windows and our software.
  The controller also has additional optional capabilities:
  Data Logging capability: The system can be provided with DC V analog or 4 t0 20 Ma input capability. The standard system include 4 analog and 2 4 to 20 Ma inputs and 2 switchable outputs for sensor control. Other combinations are available by request. The controller has 1 megabyte of standard memory expandable to 100 Megabytes. The controller has programmable on board processing capability
  Remote Telemetry options: The systems can be supplied with analogue or cell phone remote transmission capability. Blue tooth chips are fitted to the controller for wireless programming and data downloading.
• Panels:
  Australian made high quality poly crystalline panels are used. Panels have a 20 expected year life
  Batteries:
  Australian made high quality Gel batteries are used in all our systems. No maintenance is required for life of the battery. Batteries are guaranteed for 2 years with a mean expected life between failure of 7 years.
• Steel work is manufactured to the highest quality levels, it is engineered  to meet all required Australian standards and is fully hot dipped galvanise for long life.
